This belief led him to establish Norvik Enterprises " in 1998 and Norvik hospital in 2004. He would visit the hospital devotedly every day to meet the patients, enquire about their needs and ensure that they were comfortable and received adequate treatment.

He would pay particular attention to the poor and the needy. Norvik Hospital continues to fulfil his dream of providing the best medical care to all sections of society.

Not only did he dedicate himself to patients, but also created an ambience and culture of a family unit at NHL, by being a father figure to all the employees including doctors and other medical and non-medical staff.

It is with his blessings that Norvik Hospital Parivar was created; he infused a precious value system and helped understand the true meaning of "Selfless Service”. He translated his dream of "Quality Healthcare for All" into a reality.

An organisational set-up with a Chief Executive Officer-Executive Director at the head and functional heads under him was created in 2014, thus introducing the concept of professional management in tune with modern trends.
