Description

       DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·       The Employee shall have the following duties, which will be aligned to meet the Employers strategic vision:

·       Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

·       Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

·       Setting up accounts for new users

·       Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.

·       Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

·       Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

·       Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

·       Maintains system capability by testing computer components.

·       Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.

·       Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.

·       Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

·   Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

·       Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·       Possibly training more junior staff members.

·       Perform any other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the supervisor.
